Companies Providing Free Services and Discounts During Coronavirus

To help you keep your spending in place and to make the most of this quarantine, we did a round-up of some popular services offering discounts right now:

Streaming Services

• Suspense and horror film streaming service Shudder is offering 30 days free with the code “SHUTIN”
• Movies Anywhere has added a new feature called Screen Pass that allows members to lend up to three movies a month to their friends.
• Google Chrome extension Netflix Party allows you to watch movies with your friends as you engage in social distancing
• CBS All Access is free until April 23 with the code GIFT.
• The NFL is extending complimentary access to NFL Game Pass through May 31, which offers a library full of football programing and game replays.
• NBA League Pass is free until April 22.
• Sling TV is offering free access to select on-demand movies, television shows, and ABC News Live.

Free Home Workouts

• The workout streaming app Tone It Up is offering free access to its programs for new members for the next month.
• Planet Fitness is streaming live, at-home workouts for free on its Facebook page daily at 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
• Orangetheory Fitness is offering free “Orangetheory at Home” workout videos on their YouTube channel.
• CorePower Yoga is offering free access to online classes and also livestreaming classes everyday on YouTube at 8am, 1pm, and 5pm MST.
• Classpass is offering at-home digital workouts as part of their memberships (as well as 14 days free to new members)

Delivery

• Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, and Postmates are waiving delivery fees for local restaurants through the duration of the shelter-in-place.
• Popeyes is offering straight-up free delivery, no strings.
• KFC is also offering free delivery.
• Denny’s is offering free delivery until April 12

Online learning

• Adobe Creative Suite is offering free access to its Creative Cloud programs for college students through May 31. To qualify, your school or college must be a current customer with an active Adobe plan.
• LinkedIn is offering free career development courses.
• Coursera, an online learning hub used by college professors, is opening its catalog of 3,800 courses to college students for free.
